Colon Cancer Awareness Month

In case you didn't know (or if you don't follow Paula on FB), March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month. Have you had your colonoscopy? I know one of Eric's brothers had one last week and I know Eric's friend Bob had one earlier in the month (both are clear.) Family history is a factor. However, more people get colon cancer who have no family history than those who do have a family history. So if you're over 50, have a family history or if you have any symptoms or weird things going on in your digestive system, go get one! Better to be safe than sorry.
