Today we all had a snow day. This photo was from yesterday. It was a lot worse yesterday than it was today, at least I think it might have been. I didn't exactly venture outside. But seeing that the snow had pretty much stopped by 8am here today, I imagine it wasn't all the bad out.
This was dinner on Sunday. Homemade turkey meatballs. I made them from our favorite "Fit and Active" ground turkey from Aldi. They were delicious! They sat in the crock pot all day cooking and smelled wonderful. Today I made a very tasty chicken and dumpling dinner, perfect for a snow day. It didn't stick around long enough to get a picture...We hope everyone survived the latest round of "Snowmageddon"! Spring really can't get here fast enough.
