Eric and I drove around the area today to take some fall photos. We started at a corn field near our house. They had just cut a lot of the corn back.
Then we went to an old cemetery. It was a gorgeous sunny day today.
And the foliage was beautiful against the perfect blue sky.
After the cemetery, we went to
Abbott Farms. We bought a small bag of apples, then walked around the orchard and pumpkin patch.
Saw a big crate of Indian corn.
I love the contrast of the corn stalks against the sky.
Scene from the pumpkin patch.
After all that fall touring, I was in the mood to bake... so I made some sugar cookies. They were delicious!
