Rocking The Vote

I took Alex to vote this evening. Well, I guess you could say he kind of took me. I wasn't really that interested in voting this year. There wasn't much to vote for in our district. But he talked me into it. And I'm glad we went. I did end up voting for the County Court Judge who was the judge who married Eric & I last year. He was the only name I was familiar with.

Alex studied the "Proposition" questions on the back of the ballot and I let him answer those. He took very well educated guesses, which is probably better than I would have done! When we got to the car, Alex said he felt like he just voted.
