Bees and Wings

There's been an change in the Spelling Bee results at Alex's school. (In case you don't recall, he came in 4th and they only take the Top 3 to the next level.) Well, Number 3 dropped out. So now Alex is in. The next step is a written exam on January 31st. Which is only 3 weeks away, so he's got to cram a lot of studying in the next 3 weeks. Only the top 35 kids go on from the written test to appear on the local Post Standard Bee on WCNY in February. Alex has already calculated his odds and apparently has a 17% chance of moving on to the next step... Good Luck Alex!

Today we've been watching the Man vs. Food show on the Travel Channel and we're all very hungry. In one of the episodes, Adam the host visited a Quaker Steak & Lube... and now we want to go. Maybe not to eat the Atomic Wings, but the food looked soo good. And there's a new one in the area and now we want to go. We love wings...
