Getting Things Done!

We have had a very productive day today! We ran lots of errands this morning. Eric got a bunch of bags of topsoil to fill in an area by the side of the house that needed some filling...

Then we did some grocery shopping and then put that new grill to use! It's the perfect size for us. And it's super easy to use. We ended up getting a grill cover for it, since we decided we'll keep it on the deck for the summer. It'll be easy to store in the garage in the winter and won't take up much room.

And speaking of the garage. That was our after dinner project. Above is the "before" photo of one part of the garage. Yes, I'm extremely embarrassed to show this to everybody!! But when we moved in to this house last summer, we had 2 houses moving into one. So we ended up putting a lot of things out here on one side of the garage and forgot about them.

Here is the after of the same area as above. I think we could still consolidate some things, but it's a huge improvement. We think that maybe next winter, we might be able to fit TWO cars in the garage instead of just one!

This is all the garbage that will be going out to the curb this week. And lots of broken down boxes to be recycled too. It's such a nice feeling to have a clean garage!
