Menu Plan Monday

We're discovering some new options to make our menus healthier, tastier and good for Eric's lowering of the Triglycerides. We tried some whole grain penne pasta this weekend and we both liked that. This coming week, we'll try whole wheat egg noodles, brown rice and whole wheat wraps in various recipes. We're all going to be healthier in the long run!

Sunday: Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti, Garlic Knots, Salad & Birthday cake!
Monday: Leftovers... (track meet)
Tuesday: Chicken Stroganoff with whole wheat egg noodles and carrots
Wednesday: Ham Steak, Brown Rice and Corn
Thursday: Whole Wheat Cheesesteak Wraps
Friday: No work, no school, no menu!
Saturday: Memorial Day Weekend!
